Finally got round to ensuring you can't spam the hell out of my email address via the contact page.
Next job is going to be putting all this news in a database and getting it from there rather than having
to do the layout by hand each time, so that's something for you to all look forward to :p

Got some content in the about section.

With a little more validation the contact form will be finished.
Also done some work on the default layout so that it displays right in different sized browsers.
If yours is looking like a mess, let me know your screen resolution and which browser you are using.
